To complete the level 3 friendship quest for Jina you gain entry to a ruins. Inside the ruins after turning right as soon as you are able you will find a scroll sitting atop the bookshelves closest to the door you came in. Reading it and returning to Jina to discuss it will kick off the quest Ancient Grudge, New Mutiny.

The quest requires finding 3 more scrolls from the people involved in the first one. The locations of the scrolls are what follows.

The closest scroll is in the Temple of the Waves across the chasm, pictured below.

The next two scrolls can be found in Bahari Bay. You can find one in a structure between the ancient aqueduct and the lighthouse. I found it easiest to jump from the cliff beside the lighthouse, glide to the structure, and drop into from the opening on top.

The last scroll is found in the Temple of the Flames. It is in the first maze we came to while completing the quest that opened it up to us.
